Not much appeal for something that doesnt exist in the form of a book video game or actual place.

the whole idea of a map foundry is for people to make, get help with, fix, finish, and play maps,.... not shoot down every idea that comes through
i just want some advice on how to make it better.........

it is also to make maps people will play, I do not believe people will play a map of nothing.

60 territories=
3pl-20tr each
4pl-15tr each
5pl-12tr each
6pl-10tr each
all advice welcome!!!!
I think the HQ must be part of a region. It is not fair for a player to start with a +2 bonus. The bonus should be lowered to a +1. Maybe you could include an HQ in 3 or 4 regions and whoever owns them all gets a kind of bonus?
Apart from that the graphics need to be looked into. Add some textures to the regions and the sea. The ice and mountains must be improved as well. Experiment a bit.
I think the idea is feasible and I see nothing wrong with experimenting with a fantasy map. In fact I think it is original and I would like to see the project finished. After all in the guidelines for map making it says that original ideas are welcome so I can't understand the negative feedback...

Read the map making tools thread.
I'm not a very big fan of slapping together random areas and calling it a map. Sure, the fantasy maps are essentially that, but they've at least got some background and history. I don't know how much life this map has.
