South Korean Rebellion

So I was thinking today and I came up with this.

South Korea has been losing morale with the growing threat of nuclear war with North Korea. North Korea has also been terrorising South Korea and the South Koreans' have rebelled. The coup took over the southwestern side of South Korea, while Japan took over the southeastern side deciding to retake territory lost after WWII. South Korea was pushed back to the northwestern corner and North Korea captured the northeastern corner. Also a terrorist organization took over the center of South Korea. I am drafting the map, but gotta eat.

1. Colton24 & ???
2. 24 regions
3. 5

I like the open gameplay aspect and lack of impassibles (for freestyle games) but the map still seems quite dull. Maybe you could incorporate some effects of this "threat of nuclear war" by having missile regions able to bombard certain other regions?

I must also point out that South Korea looks like this:

And that each bonus should be worth about 4 more troops than you suggested.

I hope you're using a layered programme for this as the graphics will obviously need a lot of work (primarily, sort that font out). However, focus on the gameplay for now - add some more regions and maybe think about a gameplay objective.

The concept and story behind this "map" is very imaginitive and most definitely interesting.

However, there's a reason I have put the word "map" in quotation marks. That's because this doesn't look like a map, but just a doodle on MS Paint. I'm not really one to critisize, since I've never produced a serious map myself, but South Korea is definitely not shaped like that. I'm sure someone else could re-direct to the download links for some good programs like Photoshop, or GIMP. Oh, and try giving some intimidating Asian-themed name to that terrorist organisation. More regions would be good too, I guess, but South Korea isn't too big, unfortunately.

You should re-name this "Doodle South Korean Rebellion." :)

I used GIMP. Not an expert at it though

You have basically two options... Read some tutorials on mapmaking and practice until the quality of your work is up to par to the Foundry standards, or find someone who does graphics and try to get him on board with your project.
