How many territories on this one? Does not seem like many.

Also it should be "River Valley" in NB, not "River Falley"

Personally, I would still rather it have a more "maritimes" feel. Right now, Quebec seems to be the focus.

dimwit is another user. he made the doodle map. he's my multi. don't confuse me with me. ;)

as for you making the map...hmmm...i look at the image above and all i see is lp's work. not yours.

and to be ontopic.
i love the current state of the map. textures are great.

the minimap could use some fancier gfx and the border between water and the green dead terit is a bit pixelly with shades of white.

also could you perhaps mute the green dead space. it may be my monitor but as it is now it sort of has a plastic like glow.

I'm digging it. I can't wait to see some borders. I don't understand what you mean about the space between the dead territory and the sea...
Another typo: Grandfalls, Nfld, not Gandfalls. I don't know if that's annoying or not, for people to correct something, so, sorry.

Good job L.P.

My suggestions:
Saint John's could be St. John's. That's generally how it's spelled, plus it might look neater.
Grandfalls could be Gross Morne.
Sainte Barbe, which I've never actually even heard of, could be L'Anse aux Meadows, which a pretty populated area.
Also, I agree with the PEI/Cape Breton border. Cape Breton should border with Halifax instead.

So stoked.

Gros Morne is actually further North than originally thought... so:

The most northern one could be:
Gros Morne **
Long Range
Barr'd Harbour

The south-east one could be:
Grandfalls **
Codroy
St. George's Bay

St. John's should stay.
**Indicates my favorites.

One other thing: Magdelan Islands... maybe Iles de la Madeleine. It's part of Quebec, and should probably be written in French.

I'd also like to second the motion to move this to the Foundry.

Glad to see the bridge between Cape Breton and Halifax... you know it's actually a 4.5 hour drive?

So, what's the next step? I've looked over all the borders and connections and they all look pretty good to me.. although I'm no specialist.

Does someone start on the XML now?
Do the circles have to be a certain size or color?
Does the title need to be added to the map? Is Gulf St. Lawrence the working title? I think it's appropriate.
Is there a Quebec specialist around to verify all the territory names there?
