There are enough awesome districts in San Diego, I think it deserves a map. How can I help make this happen?

if you plan on making it yourself, you should post an image.
either something you've made, or an image that your map will be based on.
if you're not going to make it, you should post ideas in the map ideas thread (the sticky at the top).
