Poker Hands

I was brainstorming last night and came up with this: 54 cards layed out randomly in a 6 by 10 rectangle with 6 spaces randomly included. The object is to take over poker hands. each player holds 5 randomly selected cards on the map initially. All other cards are held by 'neutral'.
Play in usual Risk fashion. Your highest 5 cards count for bonus and you receive 1 re-enforcement for every 3 cards you hold. you can't move through the 6 empty spaces.
Bonus re-enforcements would be something like: Pair=1, 3 of a kind =3, 4 of a kind=6, straight=5, flush (easy to get when you can see the cards)= 3, straight flush=8, Royal flush=12.
The difficult part may be the random layout of the cards at the start of each game. Also the 2 wild cards could be used to moderate the game, of add another challenge. they could always start as neutral & cause a loss of 1 per turn to any card they are next to.
