Look, I'm not happy with the japan map currently being made. It just seems weird. Here is my version. I know it looks simalar but mine was posted before his in the ideas and suggestions forum.

Size: 576 x 576

Gameplay: Standard

Territories: 37

Bonuses: 9 regions with and one +1 auto-deploy



The names for the top island might be wrong. I had to use the secondary administrative level to name it.
Agenda
- Number of territories
- City bonuses
- Any other gameplay addition
- Graphics

Well, There seems to be a lot of differences of opinions on this issue. I deffonaly like this better that Mr. Helix's. One thing for improvement, It needs to be made clearer what cities attack what territories. Perhaps this will be fixed when you add territory names though. Also, I agree with Oaktown when he said that people (myself included) try to fit too many territories on japan. I think the red bonus should be 3 territories by combining the right two.

That background is a nightmare on the eyes mate. A plain, flat colour may be a better palce to start while your map is in the early stages. Also some terr names make disussion on your map much easier.

Changed. I made the background solid and added names. I also made the middle reagion only three and tried to better explain the cities.

I'd say, thin out the borders a little, since it lookes a little dark. Also, THe Red bonus shoulldn't be worth 4.

Double-check your names. I think you mean Saitama, Niigata, Yokohama.

It would appear that development of this map has stalled. If the mapmaker wants to continue with the map, then one of the CAs will be able to help put the thread back into the Foundry system, after an update has been made.
