Tribal warfare

Basically the idea is that an island is going out of control hence the blackened water and really odd volcano. Anyway the tribes are splitting into factions for control of the island as it slowly destroys itself.
THe tribes are:
Scattered (pale green)
Small (light green)
Mountain (tan camo)
Unalligned (darker green)
Civilized (purple)
Water (Aqua)
this is an incredibly rough scetch and it is no where close to final. Also since it is my first map I need constructive criticism.

Not a bad idea. You'll need to make the "continents" more easily distinguishable though, there's too many shades of green-brown which I suspect would be hell for the colorblind...
Also, is the volcano going to be a killer neutral? With bombardments to lots of places? That'd be kinda fitting... you could conquer it to make it "erupt" on people...

Im considering the volcano as favor of the gods
if you can't read it it says that whoever controls it get's +1 to all terriotories they control, but the volcano kills off half of your troops to a minimum of one at the volcano so it is hard to stay in control of but it is worth getting.
like say you own 15 territories plus the volcano you would get one troop on each of the territories but if you had four on the volcano you now have 2 there.

Before i rework on the map in terms of color i want to know if it is possible to do what i want with the map

Well, to my knowledge... the XML doesn't support a territory that kills "half the troops" on it every turn. You however can make it kill a set number of troops every turn, at least until there's only 1 troop it. That is, a territory that gives a negative bonus as autodeploy.
Or, you can make it revert to neutral after the end of each turn (killer neutral).
Also, I don't think it's supported that holding a territory autodeploys +1 on all other territories of the holder.
I suggest bombardments & killer neutral. Have it revert to something like 4-6 at end of each turn. Then it'd be hard to conquer, as it's hard to conquer an active volcano... but when you get your shitload of troops there, then you can bombard your opponents asses into next thursday...

You need a bit better of a draft. Once you get an update with better colors and neater everything, it can be moved.
