I'm hoping something can be done to save this site. New owners can either ruin it or destroy it, but this one looks like he might actually care about the users.

Let's hope there's another few years in the tank for this site.

I think the deeper problem that you might want to look at is the feeling of "need" for a like button

But seriously, welcome BW. Your enthusiasm is contagious, and I'm excited to see where we go from here.

To let some folks in on some things that everyday users can't really see, I'd like to point out that BW has immersed himself in pretty much all areas of the moderator forum (at least those areas that I have access to

). It will take some getting used to, but I think that it's great that site's owner is taking the time to really delve into the issues that face the moderators because pretty much our entire job is to relay the information that concerns all the players here.

The clan directors are soliciting input from the clan reps in the CD&Friends group as far as changes that the clan community would like to see implemented - if you have suggestions, I recommend you talk to your clans representative to pass along
