Each judge voted on their own criteria. As of yet, there is no official TPA definition of what constitutes an All-Star.

Much like real life All-Star game voting. It's probably a combination of popularity and merit.

Looks like the Fan Skills Challenge didn't catch on. Bummer since I was looking forward to trying my hand at it. Thanks anyway for putting all of it together!
