capped at 30 rounds

I need minimum of 5 groups of 5 players to start
but will take any number players that are multiplier of 5.

To advance to next round you will have to win one game.

Every group will have one less game then number of players
but games will have as many players as members of group
with all games played at the same time.

So 5 man group will play 4 5man games.

Every round groups will be random and will be/try to be as
equal (in numbers) as they can be.
