TIA [Winner: MOB]

TIA
Triple Iberia Attack

AND THE WINNER OF THIS TOURNAMENT IS:

This tournament is only for Premium players with 1700 points or more. (1 or 2 places for Premium players between 1300 and 1700 points)

Is played only on the map IBERIA with the characteristics:
Sequential
Flate Rate
Chained
No Fog

The 16 players are placed in 4 groups of 4 players.

In the 1st round and in each group, is dispute, at the same time, 3 games. The first 2 of each group go to the 2nd round.

In the 2nd round (2 groups of 4 players) compete, at the same time, 3 games. The first 2 of each group go to the final

The final (1 group with 4 players) is dispute at the same time, 5 games. The best will be ranked the champion of the TIA.

BUT, not everything is easy.
Only two rules:
A - AT ODD ROUNDS (rounds 1, 3, 5,…), FREE ATTACK!
B - AT ROUNDS PAIRS (rounds 2, 4, 6,…), , EACH PLAYER CAN ATTACK, ON MAXIMUM, 3 TERRITORIES INCLUDING NEUTRAL WITHOUT PENALTY.

This rule (rule B) is fundamental to the classification in each group from the 1st round to final.

At the beginning of each game, all players have 300 points.

Each time the rule is broken, are taken of points with the system:
1 - Attacked and conquered 4 territories: -18 points.
1.1 - For what has the 4th attack: +18
1.2 - where a neutral territory: no one gets!

2 - Attacked and conquered 5 territories: -60 points.
2.1 - To which lost 2 territories +60
2.2 - if 2 players lose 1 territory each, they receive +30 each.
2.3 - if a player loses a territory and a neutral, the player gets +60.
2.4 - if the 2 two territories are neutral, no one gets

3 - Attacked and captured more than 5 territories: -120 points.
3.1 - the 120 points are divided proportionally by the players that lost territories.

This means that a player can win the group and must be eliminated!

The remaining points will be added to the points of classification:
1st place: +80 points
2nd place: +40 points
3th place: +20 points
4th place: +10 points

hum interesting rules but if impossible get more 3 territories in the game it s impossible to finish him and escalating cash at more 1000 units :-s
