Hellraiser Tournament [WINNERS: Shai & inonzuk]

All right guys, as promised i am making another Tournament. This one will be escalating cards, and once again everything will be sequential and unlimited fortifications. However this tournament will feature 3 teams per game in the first round, after that two teams per game.
Find a partner and a team name. You may have an alternate if you want to, but make sure you let me know who it is. If you have any questions let me know. Once you find a team and name then post a reply and i will add you.
Once i accept you i will list your team name and players in the below post. I will pm you once the game starts with the password and game number.
Round one maps will be USA.
Round two maps will be Europe.
Semifinals will be British Isles.
Championship will be Tamriel
If your team still has a TBA for its name, just give me a name for your team... any name.
