Just racked up another W for the Wildcats. that should put me comfortably in 2nd place in Pac-12... but Stanford is definitely giving me trouble.

A question.

Do random tourny games against conference members count in the confernce standings?

i would say not myself if it was a tourney like during the early season, or maybe midseason... usually conference standings have to do with regularly scheduled games that team shave set up to play after playing other non-conference teams. But it is ultimately up to the TO's.

The short answer is yes, they do. But that is not because I planned for it that way or even want it that way. It is because of the way I programmed the results. It searches the DB to see if a team is in conference and then counts the game in the conference record.

If I think I have time, I will go through and correct the occasions where that happens. The only way that matters is for seeding in the conference tourney so it should not have a big impact.

The SEC coaches on the standings tab are out of order. For example, TheCrown is currently assigned to Georgia, but jon_snow is the head coach of UGA.

I would also like to extend my thanks to the organizers who saved this tourney. I can imagine the time and effort it takes, and you all did an awesome job. Hope you felt it was worth enough to keep it going in the future!

Thanks again! =D> :D

Upset in Ivy League

#2 Cornell was destroyed by last place Dartmouth in the first round of the Ivy League Tournament. Playing on their home map of New York City, Cornell got off to a bad start and never recovered.

Coach u suck stated after the game, "Dartmouth is a good team and they can beat any team in the country. And it just proves what I've been saying for years... that the Ivy league is the toughest conference in country every year."

Dartmouth now has the chance to earn a automatic bid and potentially give the Ivy league 7 spots in the big dance. It's clear that the Ivy League will send at least 3 teams to the dance, and up to 6 could earn bids. Dartmouth is hot but it will be tough to win 2 more games in this conference.

Cornell will rest up and wait to see what type of seed they will get in the NCAA bracket. They were a #1 seed in 2011 and a #4 seed last year. Bracketologist Vic Fontaine currently has them getting a #2 seed this year.

The coach of Bradley, Finneaus Fogg, is fuming, he got to the 3 games and found that the naughty St Mary's crew had taken shots in all of them before the
beleagured Braves could see the court!

Coach Moya better watch his back at the league meetings

Going into the 4th Quarter, Looks as Columbia has a very solid lead over Harvard and barring they don't commit many turnovers nor stray from the game plan and play they have already implemented, then Columbia will be reaching the Ivy Finals yet again. Look out Princeton, "The Lions" are coming.

North Carolina will lose to Clemson in the finals of the ACC tourney. Congrats to the tigers for their upset victory!

The Tarheels (winners of either the ACC Regular season or ACC tourney every year since the start of Conquer Club NCAA Basketball) will sit back and wait to see if the Selection committee rewards their season with a coveted #1 seed.

North Carolina (#3 in the last rankings) is the only team to win 20 games, win their regular season title, and make it to their conf tournament finals (Oregon and Illinois still have a chance to match this feat).

I think you've confused the conference tourney with the main tourney. You'll move on too.
