Who Rules the Senate? [WINNER: LOOSE CANON]
Posted: Thu Jan 24, 2013 5:57 pm
After a long hiatus of running public tournaments, I think it's time to come back with the recent presidential inauguration and an old series of mine that is pretty straightforward.
This tournament will see who is the Ruler of the Senate. All games will be played on US Senate. Settings will be: Standard, Sequential, Escalating, Chained, No Fog of War, No Trench, 4 players, 20 round limit.
Choose one of four voices in the US Senate to be a part of: President, Vice President, Democratic Party, Republican Party.
You earn points for doing specific things in the game.
1 point for eliminating someone.
2 points for winning the game.
1 point for winning a tie-breaker game.
If the game ends via round limit, you will receive credit for all players alive as eliminations.
The 'politician' with the most points after all of the games finish advances. After one 'politician' from each group advances, you will do the same thing with the other group winners.
For the first round, you'll get 5 games.
For the finals, you'll get 7 games.
For ties, you'll get 3 2 player games. Whoever wins 2 advances.
