The internet is a strange place with strange people. Don't you think an online game like CC could possibly attract sociopaths and other people not-connected with reality and society?

Im not your daddy. So I dont really care what you do. I just hope you all think about stuff before you type it. In the last 4 days Ive read about:

what small towns ppl live in, where their jobs in a city are, some people have left up screenshots of their facebook friends (which will lead a person right back to you), future vacations and the hotels you are staying in. I know, I know... what business is it of mine? None, just trying to help.

I guess Ive done the same, but each time I am aware of what im doing at that time, and frankly I live in a compound with well armed guards in a city that you would have to be mexican to find me in. And the only mexicans Im afraid of are the ones with more(bigger) guns than me.

I live in an apartment complex that has a gate that doesn't close anymore. There are people in my own city who want to break into my place and steal my shit. Why I am trying to protect my shit from random internet people, I dunno. But if you really want it AoN, you can give it a try. I don't carry a portable god complex (my penis length is reasonable), but do have a wicked six iron on the off chance that I'll need to actually defend myself.

I put this here for the clowns giving personal info that takes someone straight back to them. With over what 20,000 users here.. there is someone here that lives withing a 10-30 min drive from you.

I actually have been legitimately stalked. It was weird, but not scary or anything.
And I have had someone post a map to my house and a picture of a gun on CC here before in the old flame wars forum. That was weird. Luckily, the mods here try to keep this environment as safe as humanly possible, and have a zero-tolerance policy toward these kinds of things. They IMMEDIATELY within about 72 hours REMOVED the map to my house and CONSIDERED a formal warning to the offender.

I have large kitchen knives, but they stay in the kitchen. I also have a bowling ball in the closet. I have a guardcat too.

I recognize that a six iron is only good for one good hit, but I have all the other clubs next the the bed. The lady sleeps with a hammer, which is kinda unnerving.

I have nun-chucks under my pillow, which is a habit I picked up living in a place called "crack alley." Then my knife is a foot from my face when I sleep, and I have a machete at the head of the bead cause it fits so neatly, and I have a rational fear of zombies. And a bottle of pepper spray is also within reach. Everything but a gun.... probably....

I've got a 20 gauge at my dad's place but I kinda feel like that's a bit silly to keep by a bed. I have a sword for the zombies, but it's not sharpened. It's heavy enough to serve its purpose though.

yeah, well I guess I was talking about the creepy ppl that will get so mad at you they will drive the 30 mins... watch your habits and when you stop at a stoplight put 4 rounds of a shotgun into you at point blank range.

If it's that personal, they probably put their own shot in the shell. Like they print out their response to you and stuff it in the shell.
