USA, because the UN's capitol is in the USA, thereby making it inferior to the capitol already in place in the same country.

Because I voted for the US in Round 1, apparently I've automatically voted for Scotland in Round 2. This may not work.

The data for ALL of my tournaments has potentially been lost. I am working to recover it but as I am away on business all of this week, there will be some delay. Sincere apologies.

The votes were set to 50/50 once Massachusetts vs. Scotland started. I, as Supreme Adjudicator, do not vote except to reset the votes with each new round, when possible.

Ergo, Mass. vs. Scotland had an equal starting point.

However, unless I'm wrong, this means we get one vote this entire contest? Not that I disapprove of the contest in the slightest. Also, go Mass. Gold, bitches. When the dollar finally collapses, our Legislature will be even more soaked than they already are.

Ergo, Mass. vs. Scotland had an equal starting point.

So if I changed my vote, I would essentially be voting twice, by taking a vote from one option and giving a vote to the other...

Yes, that's how it works. As the options change it is the onus of the voter to cast a new vote to reflect their opinion on the newest set of choices presented. Failing to do that the voter's vote will be automatically defaulted to a choice that may not reflect his opinion. This is both a fun poll and an exercise in the responsibilities of civic involvement.

Lots of people hang out in front of the Ontario capitol, but the New York one everyone is hiding. They wouldn't be caught dead in a photo there unless perhaps they are goth emos.
