Recruiting - Internet Nation

Hey everyone, I am recruiting members for an online nation. With the internet as developed as it is, it should be now possible for such a thing.

I will immediately say that it is not democratic, should you think so, however now is the best time to join because of the high positions in the government awaiting to be filled.

The positions work in a hierarchy. I am the leader, while I communicate with Sector Leaders. Each sector leader communicates with their citizens with various job options. Currently the system is simple and will grow in complexity as the number of citizens increase. Job options are for example, propaganda artists (including musicians), programmers, etc. Such details will be filled in with meetings. Voting will still exist, for some things.

There will be scheduled citizenship growths, which shall be called phases. This very beginning, or recruiting of Sector Leaders, is Phase 0.

Currently I am looking for Sector Leaders. Sector Leaders have the freedom to name their sector. (For example, "Omega Sector" or the like.) Sector Leaders are very high positions.

Please reply if you are interested or have questions!

Zioux

Ok, so what's the purpose then? Inflating your ego? Gathering a personality cult?

No thanks.

An internet nation should be one without leaders, based on equality and direct democracy (as opposed to the representative mock-democracy of real-world nations). One where every citizen would have an equal opportunity to influence it.

What you are setting up sounds more like a pyramid scheme.

I'd like to donate hundreds of dollars to this new nation. Where can I send the funds?

Also, I'd like to be a sector leader. I think my donation to the treasury allows for that, as well as a harem and a couple internet fighter jets.

Given the situation regarding Net Neutrality...good luck with that. Also...this post makes you sound very strange.

The purpose is to reign power across the interwebs!
By all members.

An internet nation should be one without leaders

No.

Money is not involved, not yet anyways.
There might be an internet currency, however it would be difficult to implement.
Once again such details to be covered in meetings.

Still recruiting sector leaders.

this sounds cool... a virtual nation. But I must say it is kind of strange that you post this right after joining...
this means you came to the site just to post this, or you're a multi (which I doubt). That means that you must have also posted this elsewhere, and that you're serious about this.

I'm in. leader of The Religious Freedom Sector

You guys are freakin hilarious.

I'll be communicating primarily through email and we will have a meeting (online meeting of course) after all sector leaders are chosen.

If you're serious about joining email me saying your in, and the name of your sector.

I have a lot of questions. I'll ask these most relevant questions first:

What does Zioux mean?
Were you born on the Internets? If so, do you have a valid LONG-FORM(!) birth certificate?
What place do you have for Saxitoxin (and why hasn't he participated in this thread)?
What are your thoughts on universal health insurance? Will it be modeled after Germany? How do you plan to pay for it?
Will the Internets currency be based on the gold standard?
What are your thoughts regarding Internet intervention in world issues (for example, the current crises in the MIddle East)?
Would you torture your enemies for information?
Will you be a UN member?
Please describe your tax system.

Thanks.

Can you think of some combination of answers of mine that would entice you into joining?
If not then I have no motive for answering.

I like him. I think he is nice. This idea is too big to fail.

In conclusion, I would like to be a sector leader or something. My one great job skill has always been doing what I'm told when I'm told to do it. And since I'll be in a very high position in the hierarchy of government, there will be no reason for my conscience to get in the way nor will there be any reason to be rebellious.
