Let's have a poll since it appears many of you consider this important to deciding which guy to vote for.

ron paul probably

long-term?

because a few of those guys would send our country on the path to getting destroyed/economic collapse/overtaken by china. meaning our military would suck and be quite small.

Looks like Ron Paul is far and away the leader in this poll. I wonder how other people will vote in it.

Which few? President Obama signed cuts to the military, but looks like he may go to war with Iran. Romney and Gingrich will increase the military spending and go to war with Iran.

Ron Paul is not an isolationist. An isolationist wishes to isolate his or her country from the affairs of other nations by declining to enter into alliances, foreign economic commitments, and international agreements. Further an isolationst tries to make the country's eocnomy self-sufficient.

Ron Paul is a non-interventionist; which isn't as sexy a term or have the negative cache that isolationist has. A non-interventionist is one who wants to avoid wars not related to self-defense, but they support free trade, travel and international agreements.

Ron Paul is in fact the least likely on the grounds that he has next to no chance of becoming President.

Obviously, this poll assumes the person would be elected.

So Ron Paul is just as valid a choice as the others. Keep voting everyone!

You need to clear the google analytics data history. Just delete the file system32 and your searches will yield results not on this site.

Yeah, I'm not doing that. First, I didn't actually google it. Second, I'm definitely not deleting anything named "system32."

Given the choice between these candidates, the answer is obvious. There is really only one that would shrink the military, and that's Paul. Assuming of course that he could get elected.
