Whoooo hooooo.......I'm psyched for the new episodes......TV's just hasn't been the same without that wanton brutality and gore. :P :P

Sunday night is a great TV night with Once Upon a Time followed by The Walking Dead.

I'm hoping either they all become zombies except Daryl and the show becomes Daryl vs the zombie world, cue lots of scenes of running through forests with his bow. Or that shane has an intense period, goes off on one and kills them all except Daryl and the show becomes Daryl V Shane, bow versus menstruation.

I wouldn't call it awesome. I love zombies, and this is a good filler for my brain hunger when I don't feel like popping in Shaun of the Dead, but when it comes to serial TV shows in general, there are a number of other shows over the years I've enjoyed more (LOST, Battlestar Galactica, The Office, and of course, Breaking Bad)---probably because I became more invested in characters from each of those shows, while with Walking Dead, I'm still warming up to them.

For me, everything is outstanding about this show, except for the writing. Unfortunately, that's pretty much the most important thing in a TV show. Also, talk about shows that had an amaazing pilot with a lot of pretty subpar rest of the show.

OMG I don't know if that was good or bad.

On the one hand there was finally 45 seconds of action after they sat around farming for a year.

On the other hand you kinda know they're all going to go back to the farm and talk about the philosophy of raising children in a post apocalyptic world for the rest of the season.

Did they blow their entire budget blowing up the CDC and they can only afford the one farmhouse set now or what?

Never expected much out of Once upon a time, but it really is amazing what they did with the concept. The acting and plot twists are practically mind blowing.

The only problem with the Walking dead is the same problem with all Zombie movies. A bite is almost the only thing that transforms people, yet nuclear subs, aircraft carriers and military bases were overrun inexplicably, yet they are able to smash blood and the infection all over them with no protection and do not catch the illness.

If the walkers had anything remotely contagious, every single one of the people would have been infected by blood spatter alone. Other than that, its fun to watch.

However, now that they killed off Dale, I am boycotting the show!

While the messaging was a little too on the nose, last night's episode was still my favourite from this season. I really quite enjoyed it. Although I'm concerned that removing Dale's perspective from the group could have damaging consequences for the type of paradigm that is essential for a show of this nature.

The creator of Walking Dead writes comics. I've read the Walking Dead comics and they are utterly boring. The television show is actually much better, but I haven't watched any of Season Two.

That being said, his comic "Invincible" is outstanding.

im glad they killed off dale i never liked his character, just so annoying , there's a way to portray a different thinker type character and unfortunetly dale wasnt it for me.

who do you guys think is next to die? my guess is t-dawg he gets so little screen time this season that he is fast becoming irrelevant.

Yeah, T-dog doesn't do much at all, you never see him. Where is he? In the beginning, at least, his position was to stir up racism and then show how everyone is unified against the walkers and race didn't matter anymore.

Anyway, I am not liking this season's episodes, and killing off Dale really sucked for me. Also, if you guys didn't already know (and I wasn't surprised because I felt a very different creative vibe this season that pales to last season's), but the Walking Dead Showrunner was fired by AMC:

This is actually old news, but it has been kept quite quiet. It was the first I had heard of it, and I believe these new episodes are showing the loss.

Everybody has now become a douchebag, except for Dale and Andrea...now Dale is dead! I wish Rick, Lori, and Carl would all DIE! That would make me very happy!

Carl has become this little twat of a ten year old, running around with little or no parental supervision. Lori thinks her pussy is Queen, and Rick is too busy trying to make his little pecker look as big as Shane's.

Daryl is too bitter (more than likely because the only putang he can get is old lady Carol's...and he hasn't even tapped that yet!), Carol is a submissive old goat, T-Dog has turned invisible, Hershel should have been murdered and his daughters raped, Glen is too busy trying to do right by "his bitch", Maggie is a slutty farm girl who likes to use the silent treatment to control Glenn, and Shane is the real leader of the group.

Dale has civilized morals, or at least is trying to remind people of that; and Andrea is the hottest prude in the whole world!

Now that Dale is dead, I hope Andrea and Shane are the last one's standing...the hell with everyone else!

(And f*ck Lori's baby too!)

One thing I don't understand is where they are getting the petrol to go joy riding around all the time without a care in the world. Is Glenn carrying it back with him when he goes into town on condom runs?

Interesting. I guess this -

As noted, AMC's decision to cut the budget dated to the previous fall, when the network instructed Darabont to produce 13 episodes for a second season, up from six for the first season, for less money. Not only would the show get a lower budget, but AMC also decided that Walking Dead would no longer reap the benefit of a 30 percent tax credit per episode that came with filming in Georgia. Now the network was going to hold on to that money.

- answers my question as to why they've spent this entire season confined to 3 run-down buildings on a farm.

If they cut the budget much more, next season will be set entirely inside Dale's RV.

"We've heard rumors there are walkers in the shower - should we investigate, Rick?"

"No, it's too dangerous. I can't risk Carl."

    "Lori's gone missing, Rick!"

"Okay, let's form a search party. By the book. Darryl, you check the closet - Shane, you look under the couch. I'll search the luggage rack. We'll meet back at the driver's seat in 3 days."

I think they semi-addressed this once, talking about siphoning off the fuel from the thousands of cars on the highways. Also, maybe they have tapped into the giant reserves of fuel below gas stations, throw those filling holes where the tankers pump the gas into?

The show would be interesting if they could only walk or ride horses everywhere, ha.

Psyche. He really meant they killed of a guy named, erm, Elad. Um, he's Jewish and speaks mostly Hebrew. He was only featured in the background.
