Catholics & Sandusky Enraged! No More Tax Breaks in Italy!

The world's foremost pederast support network, the Catholic Church, is probably angry to the point of raping boys extra hard today, as Italy decided it would no longer subsidize the sodomizing of children. Jerry Sandusky is also probably enraged out of sympathy.

Feb. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Prime Minister Mario Monti plans an amendment to an Italian law that will force the Catholic Church to pay taxes on all its commercial properties, according to a statement posted late yesterday on the government’s website.

What do you guys think? Should Catholics who tithe be charged with aiding and abetting child rapists?

Follow up question, should the People of the United States of America bring a class action against the United States of America for subsidizing the child raping criminal organization of the Catholic Church?

Under George W. Bush, the Catholic Church received 2.8 billion dollars a year in tax breaks. Meanwhile, conservatives are flipping out over Solyndra, which only failed because the cost of silicon plummeted making their innovative design to reduce cost no longer necessary. And they received only one check from the government and it was for way way way way less than the Catholic Church.

Where's the outrage over the conservative support for fucking children in the ass?

pimpdave, I used to enjoy reading your posts, but this is low. It lacks creativity to be funny, and is definitely nothing to do with anything real.

Touche. Unfortunately, we have that stupid freedom of religion thing here. A lot of people started regretting it when the Catholic church's talons began digging into our citizenry. The people of Missouri were certainly upset about the Mormons using bizarre made up bullshit to justify kidnapping and raping their teenage daughters, and of course most everyone wishes we could be like Germany and just ban the obvious scam of Scientology outright.

Yeah, the two big established gangs don't like competition and tend to get rid of it early on.

If you're a member of the catholic or evangelic church in Germany a part of your salary is automatically deducted and sent to aforementioned churches. If you leave the church you have to get that registered. Hospitals, kindergartens and schools can be financed to 90% or more by the state and still be considered "church-run", which means if you're the wrong religion you're extremely unlikely to get hired, you can be fired for criticising the church even in your free time, and if it's catholic-run don't even think about divorcing or living in a same-sex relationship with someone else. Yes, if you work for a church-run institution they exert control over your private life and force you to live according to the doctrines by threatening to fire you if you don't comply, they're legally allowed to do that. Even in state-run schools the churches get to determine whether a teacher is allowed to teach religious education classes (which are divided into catholic and evangelic respectively), you may hold doctorates in theology and pedagogy, but if the church says no for any or no reason whatsoever you're not allowed to teach RE classes.

16th century England doesn't seem that different all of a sudden.

Maybe if you import more Turks, they'll teach your country how to be more secular.

I don't think Germany needs any teaching there.

Wait, what? THIS is what has caused you to recognize certain pimpdave posts as "lacking creativity and definitely nothing to do with anything real"?

I like how you guys just dismiss the epidemic of pederasty in the Catholic church as being made up. Would you be just as dismissive if your kid was one of the thousands upon thousands of victims?
