Seriously all day long we have the most boring non-relevant PGA crap spammed at us on our local [cable] sport channels yet not a single piece of coverage for real sports with real athletes such as rowing, athletics, and many others.

It's fun to play, though. I mean, you walk (or drive) around, drinking beer, hitting a ball with a stick into a hole. It's a perfect Saturday.

fun to play. but to watch? i have never once seen blood spilled in golf. boring.

For me, golf is like soccer...it's a lot of fun to play, but an absolute bore to watch.

Yeah, but at least in soccer, people can do things that I would never be able to do (ever seen some Messi goals?). With golf, it comes down to me getting really lucky sometimes.
