The Atheist Tradition of Ruining America

As many of you know, atheists do not believe in God, yet somehow continue to live in America. Some experts agree that this is because atheists hate America and are trying to ruin it from the inside by doing things like following Jesus' teachings and helping their neighbors. This is despite America clearly stating that "In God we trust" and the pledge of allegiance saying that the nation is "under God".
What do you guys think? Should atheists be immediately stripped of citizenship and deported?

I'd really like some sort of script that hides the poster's identity when reading the forums.
Then we could play games trying to identify the poster based on his message.
Would be cool.
P.S. I was torn between this being a NS/PD thread(based only off the title) , probably would have went with NS.

Guys, please stop derailing this thread. I'm just trying to start and participate in political and/or religious discussion on this forum.
I think all atheists should be deported. HOW DARE THEY live here if they don't believe they're under God?

Some experts also agree America is a place where you are free to worship, or not worship, without fear of your head being cut off. Maybe that's why there are so many atheists here?
Secular Progressives have everything ass-backwards!

It's so much worse here outside of america. I can't count how many times my head's been cut off when I've been caught worshipping.
I envy you guys. I just wish I could live in a place where I could worship without getting my head cut off.

My post would have had actual content to it though.
And I don't think atheists should be deported. Although I do think many are trying to ruin America simply by suing on the bases of "being offended" when they see religious expressions on public property. No one's rights are being violated by being offended by something.

Atheist are full of logic, reasoning, facts.
Religious people are full of fairy tales, mindlessness, made up ideas.
I think all the Atheists should stay and all the religious people should go.

The dumbing down of America is what's mucking up America.
If atheists were as intelligent and reasonable as bedub suggests
non of this would even be an issue.

Your argument is wrong for one main reason:
Atheists are a
very small minority.

I don't know if we're a
very small minority, but we're definitely a minority.

Yeah well they're really good at ruining America all the time, despite their small numbers.

See if this freaks you out a little:
Santorum, who hopes to become the second Roman Catholic U.S. president, also said a 1960 speech on religion by Kennedy, the first, had made him want to throw up.
Kennedy said religion and politics should be kept separate, which Santorum called an "absolutist doctrine" that he rejected. "I don't believe in an America where the separation of church and state is absolute," he said on ABC.

Santorum can make all the Religious promises he wants trying to buck up support,
but he couldn't alter that even if he was elected. Just makes him sound like a nut
to people with rationally functioning brains.

Been away for a few days.I just can't believe figures like 2% for the number of atheists in the US.Surely Scientologists,Taoists,Buddhists, etc alone would account for that many alone. As for non religious atheists, how many are willing to admit it in a country where there is still a level of persecution/ discrimination that is inconceivable in any other first world country? This is probably changing quite rapidly but still is a major problem..

Woah... atheists are persecuted and discriminated against? Where in the hell have I been?
Is it like pre-Civil Rights Act? Are there "God-fearing folks only" signs everywhere? I'll look for those signs next time I go out.
