Why does FOX News hate America?

Today I posted an image called "Fox News killed my mother." Because it did. It was the most widely circulated image I've ever posted. But, after about and hour I could no longer read any of the comments. Still can't. And some of you have messaged me to say you can't see it. So here it is again. This time, my explanation will be in the first comment instead of here. Basically my mother fell and refused to go to the doctor because she was afraid that "Obamacare" would get information about her and use it in their "death panels." Since then several of you shared identical experiences. This is how their fear mongering is killing our nation, one person at a time, one lie at a time. — with Craig Mears and Caroline Barrett Miller.

You have proof the story is true?

Amazing..all you have to do is post a picture, give a two lime sob story sob story and people swallow it, hook, line and sinker.

Why are you defending FOX News? Do you want more wonderful grandmothers to be killed in service of Rupert Murdoch's insatiable desire to keep quality healthcare from Americans?

I think we all know that Fox is not independent and often distorts the truth. I also know that the person who posted the above is a political (anti-Fox) activist. But I have a hard time believing that the mother of a well-known political activist could not be persuaded by her own daughter to go to a doctor after a bad fall. She believed Fox news over her own daughter? Also, has Fox ever claimed that Obama has installed death panels or have they only spread (however false) rumors that Obama care could lead to European style Death Panels (even though they don't exist)? Although I do think that some people actually believe that death panels etc. exist, I just want to know both sides of the story before agreeing that Fox is responsible for this lady's passing.

...where was Tracy? Tracy killed her for being negligent in their duties. A good son or daughter would not of let that happen.

I also contemplated responding to your initial post here indicating you should ignore pimpdave's threads, but I thought that (like most of his threads), it may generate some heated discussion and debate.

English is not my first language. I see you are racist as well.

I don't think it was Fox News that wrote the language of the law that allows for the president to appoint a 15-person panel who will decide how health care resources are allotted. In fact, I think it was the Democrats in Congress who added that clause and the president who signed it.

I am of course horrified by your xenophobia as expressed by your attempts to undermine western civilization through accusations of racism. We can't even be sure you know what the word "racism" means.

Using grammatically poor English in an English-language forum does not constitute a race. Unless you mark that on your census form, which would be a most impressive census.

Also, are people seriously arguing that Fox News doesn't regularly have people on to spread paranoia about health care reform?

I don't think Fox wanted to kill this particular lady. Unlike her daughter, Hallie Knauss was a self-described "dyed-in-the-wool" member of the Republican Party.

I'm not sure, but what is certain is that the Tea Party Death Squads are riding the murder train of mainstream media. While leaning out the windows, they yee-haw, hick scream, and gun down helpless old ladies as if they were the elderly buffalo, straggling to keep up with the herd.
