He's not supported by any real Tea Party members who all support Ron Paul. So the latter.

He has big Tea Party support. That's an article I found after exactly a one second google search.
I don't think you understand logic. If the Army supports me, that doesn't make me a soldier. If I support the Army, that doesn't make me a soldier. If I join the Army, that makes me a soldier. See how that works?
Just because the Tea Party supports Santorum, doesn't make him a tea party member. If Santorum supports the tea party, that doesn't make him a tea party member.

Meh, unless I'm misreading, TGD's emphasis was on the "real" tea party, presumably referring to the racist terrorist group of 1773. They are, of course, dead. And so cannot be said to support Santorum.
That or maybe he's been watching Downton Abbey.
I don't pretend to understand the Ron Paul part of his argument. But then again, neither does the US electorate.

Man, you are really on fire today.
Downtown Abbey is on my list of shows to watch.
The Tea Party (as it was formed in 2009ish) was for promotion of less government intervention. I joined that Tea Party. Once the Tea Party movement was co-opted by "mainstream" conservatives, I left because the Tea Party was no longer the place for people like me. Rick Santorum wants more government intervention (primarily in the realm of who gets to get married and who gets to have abortions). Ron Paul doesn't want more government intervention. Thus, Rick Santorum may be the candidate of the Alabama Tea Party Congress (or whatever), but he's not the candidate of the New Original Tea Party (the 2009ish formed Tea Party). Those people support Ron Paul (and yes, there are only about 10% of us in a given state, thanks for reminding me).

Slightly less prone to historical inaccuracy, and less sympathetic to the views of anti-semites? Dude, just cause it's called The Patriot doesn't mean you have a patriotic obligation to like it.

I watched the video, and saw the movie, I also watched the Mel Gibson episode of the Simpsons in which he ruins the end of "Mr Smith goes to Washington" by impaling the bad guy with the US flag. Sadly, the irony didn't exactly hold, and that would be the crappy ending he went with at the end of The Patriot.
A crappy movie, with an ending that the star had portrayed as the exemplification of a crappy ending, but got filmed nonetheless, as it was designed for thoughtless yahoos.

I think you mean Braveheart II: The Patriot.
Followed by Braveheart III: We Were Soldiers Once... (a very good movie).

Even if that were the case, I would only have done that on average once every 4 months....

You notice how if you google "Tea Party Death Squad", you now get 3 urban dictionary listings (most likely submitted by PD), 1 facebook page, started by a guy named "Dave" and then a million CC forum topics?

Why does Rick Santorum and the rest of his Tea Party comrades hate black people so much? What did they ever do to him? Did they walk past his house with a bag of Skittles or something? I know that's considered an insult worthy of deadly force to many racists.
