You Be the Judge 5: TRUMP vs. SCOTLAND

Donald Trump built a $1 billion golf course in Scotland after the Scottish government pleaded with him to invest in their country. According to Trump, he did it as a fun novelty (his mother was born there), and on condition plans for a bunch of windmills off the coast be shelved. Now the Scottish government is going to build the windmills anyway. Trump says he'll sue the shit out of Scotland; by the time he's done he'll be using the Stone of Scone as a footrest at his penthouse in Manhattan.

Trump's Position: Trump says if the local yokels running Scotland are too naive to keep their word, no one will bother investing in Scotland in the future due to the risk.

Scotland's Position: The Scottish government hasn't responded but a man with a group called "Scottish Renewables" made comments in regard to Trump's claims. However, CNN didn't have subtitles when he was talking so I'm not sure what he said.
Scottish demonstrators marched outside a hearing where Trump attended with the Scottish government- one set supporting Trump and one set opposing Trump. However, weirdly, both sides cheered, waved and excitedly queued to get autographs from Trump as he left some building.

Isn't that second picture a still from Black Sheep, a horror movie set in New Zealand? Not very Scottish.

I haven't spent enough time around sheep to be able to pick-out individuals or identify them by name so I'll have to take your word.

The clue was in the zombie looking sheep. Black Sheep is a good movie. Zombie flick about sheep. Great if you like the New Zealand sense of humour, but you'll want to go with Highland cattle if you're looking for a properly Scottish take.

I didn't realize it was a zombie looking sheep. I mistook it for a sheep receiving the special kind of attention that only an Orkneyite can give.

Why does trump care if Scotland builds a bunch of windmills?

Why is Trump bothering to invest in Scotland anyway? The country is broke. A golf course, sheesh, the Scots will look at a golf club and then beat each other with them. It'll never even occur to them to use the clubs to hit a little ball into a little hole.

And that is exactly why I will survive the zombie sheep apocalypse, and you'll be the American tourist who gets eaten at the start of the movie after dismissing all the warnings at the local pub as the talk of "superstitious yokels".
