When you first arrived here, did you post more?


When would you say you nearly ceased posting in OT, in GD, in wherever?




Hypothesis: maybe after so many years, there's only so much that can be said. (granted, there's other factors like "better shit to do.")

I post more now than I did when I first joined...

heading towards 6 yrs, guess that qualifies me as old

when i first arrived here i didn't post at all, just read the posts.

FW had some great threads.

for my first few months i only posted in the foundry. i had a shitload of map ideas but almost all of them got little support lol. the foundry process was very unorganized back in the day.

i nearly ceased posting when i got banned by dave like woodruff did

there is never enough shit that can be said, lol

i post a lot more than i used to... but im not sure how you define old... 3 years?

I don't think I'm old enough to post in this thread.

I started mostly just lurking/reading. Then I posted and became a mod because that one post was that amazing. I'll never tell you what was in that post, for the auto-mod power is too great.

It was no doubt one of my posts.

I have spurts of posting activity, although I haven't come close to my frequency at the peak of my early posting. My posting frequency slowly wound down after The Great Bannings, but kicks up every now and then.

Well....so far, I win!

Used to post here a lot more, but back then it wasn't 90% arguing over crap Wicked drove me away from the public forums initially....after that, it has just changed......

Still post 95% in our private forum.

In fairness, pimpdave and I got each other banned. He can't take all the blame for that one...I well deserved it (unlike the last two, which were essentially bullshit).

It depends what else I'm doing.
The last year or so I've been too busy.
I just joined my first game in a year or so too.

I post more than i used to, ..but I have to sift through so much inane chatter to find anything interesting to comment on!
