Some help required to indentify a cartoon

A few years ago i saw a political/religious cartoon that i'd like to see again but can't recall the name of it.

It started with a family in a spaceship, mum & dad, kids & grandparents.

they had technology that allowed them to recycle. when something broke they'd put it in the recycling machine, a list of items it could be converted into would appear, they'd select one and it would be created.

when grandpa died they put him in the recycling machine. the unit calculated how many recycling credits he was worth but instead of selecting an item the person gambled those credits like on a slot machine - and lost.

when they arrived at earth the humans were very primative. they instructed the humans to build docking stations (pyramids).

the child who has grown into a man is worshipped as a god by these primitive humans. the father who is now an old man is jealous & comes down to earth to convince them to worship him instead. he turns them against his son (who after a misshap has red skin) and they cast him out as the devil.

does anyone know this? i think it was movie length.
