The results for the Baccalaureate were just published.



Last year's were similarly terrible:


(the hashed out ones are the ones without surveillance cameras).

Prior to this the lowest graduation rate was at least 75%, but 2 years ago harsh measures were taken to reduce cheating.

What do you guys think? Is this Obamas fault?

Why not blame him for Romania's poor exam results as well as everything else?

Obama's fault? Maybe they get horrible test results because they are using commas instead of decimal points.

I suspect Obama would support a, "no student left behind." style program.

I just checked, the "Romanian-Americans for Barack Obama" fan page hasn't been updated since 2010 and then it was just people complaining how shit Obama had ended up being -
