Apparently they were trying to figure out if they could use the LSD as a weapon to create disarray in the enemy forces or something. Can you imagine that? Spraying LSD from planes over enemy teritory. That'd be something.
And, I have no idea about the weapons, but I'm really hoping they weren't operational and with live ammo.

Both sides spray each other with LSD, so instead of a war they just sort of get together and laugh about the way the grass is moving.
