Season five was weakest on story, but had my favorite version of the theme song:

MASH's theme song always fit the show pretty well I think.




Star Trek: TNG also had a theme that inspired as well.

An absolutely incredible theme song - sadly, they spent so much money on purchasing the composition, all they could afford for the visual element of the opening credits was an one-shot of a skeevy looking guy playing bass in his living room.

sadly, most people here are too old to appreciate it. the pokemon song is ingrained in the memory of almost every 18-25 year old in america

According to wikipedia, it was only on for one year. Also, it was terrible. All I can remember is the theme song, and that I would sing it in my head while playing sports all through childhood.
