Does Cody want to f*ck me?

Here's a scenario for those of your body-language experts. I know from reading that standing with your hands on your hips is a power stance. It's a subconscious display meant to intimidate. Sometimes when men stand around talking in groups, they'll start putting their hand on their hips to let everyone else know that they aren't afraid of them.
So at work today, I turn around and Cody is staring at me, with his hands on his hips - and on one hand his index finger is pointed at his ding-a-ling.
Does this mean what I think that it means?
Full disclosure of relevant information - I'm a normal sized guy who's extremely attractive. Cody has been in and out of jail for years and has been to prison twice.

If your relevant info is accurate, then the body language has nothing to do with it.

Can you describe how his hand was on his hip and still pointing at his dingy?

I'm no expert, but I do practice this for fun and to improve communication. You're probably joking, but if not, then okay, and if so, then someone will find the following useful:
(1) A single nonverbal act does not have only one meaning.
For example, someone placing his hands on his hips (i.e. arms akimbo) could also mean that they are "confronting" a mental puzzle, but are not confronting a person near them.
It could also be a way of "securing" one's self, i.e. to reassure one's self, or make one's self feel calmer. If this is the case, you have to look for what caused the need for him to secure/assert himself.
The stance could be defensive or aggressive too.
(2) In order to estimate the accuracy of your guesses, you have to know the baseline of the person's behavior (verbal and nonverbal).
In other words, you have to run more trials and observe the reactions to overcome sample bias.
People tend to act in set patterns which can be induced in set situations (i.e. experiments).
And be discreet; otherwise, the experiment will be distorted.
Conclusion:
So, the assessment in your first paragraph could be completely incorrect.
Your second paragraph could be incorrect, and no offense but it could be wishful thinking on your part.
I could delve into pseudo-psychiatry and weave in your experience in jail, the forever missed opportunity (or regrettable experience), and at the office it's sudden "reappearance" which you have mentally constructed, but I won't do that.

Oh sure,
He made his hand into a fist, but he left his index finger protruding outwards - pointing at his junk.
That is the pointing finger after all.

Lol, I have never seen anything like that. I was picturing something more like the general hands on hips and his index happened to be pointing in that direction. A little advice : Be wary, unless you are looking for adventure.

Juan, I think that you have to confront this head-on.

I kind of did. I reported this to my supervisor, and asked him to give Cody a written notice. He told me that he doesn't know how to write that up because he doesn't know how to explain it exactly to Corporate, because they speak French. But he promised that he would have a chat with Cody and give him a verbal warning about subconsciously trying to intimidate me with his dick.

I'm not sure I should go that deep; otherwise, I'd be here all night.

I suggest an experiment.
Take a bar of soap to work and drop it in front of Cody. Get a coworker to film it on their cell phone and see what happens.

Yep, but wear a skirt that day. It doesn't have to be gay, a Scottish kilt would do.

It's becomes a skirt if you're wearing anything under it.
But alas, we have work uniforms.
