Reading that article seems to mean that you consider people voting in urban areas to be fraud.

Maybe if you count total votes, not electoral college. New York and New Jersey are going to Obama anyway, regardless of how many people can't vote due to the hurricane.

They aren't ALL fraud, just ripe for the possibility of fraud (and in some cases, documented fraud/illegalities).

The documented instances of fraud are very few. There's nothing in the article you linked besides pure speculation. The only thing approaching reality is the DNC staffer who arguably encouraged someone to vote in two different states. That person was not a responsible campaign worker, obviously, but that's not systematic fraud, and it's the individual voter who ultimately suggested the idea and would be responsible for committing fraud if she chose to do so.

Obama is re-elected because Mitt Romney is running on a platform of superiority in economic issues and he hasn't actually put forward an economic plan where the numbers add up.
