In the world of Normals, "terrorist" means someone who blows something up or shoots someone. In the world of Nutters, "terrorist" means someone who says something you find disagreeable. Which is what Haneen Zuabbi did.

It's sad there is no freedom of expression in Israel. If you disagree with the government line, even if you're a 120 pound woman who has never fired a gun in your life and has never been convicted of a crime, you are declared a "terrorist" and jailed or stripped of your civil rights. So, no, Israel is not like the United States. A person cannot be prohibited from running for office in the U.S. if they've never been convicted of a crime just because the Ruler declares them a dissident. Like in Israel.

What GabonX is doing is classic hasbara propaganda - compare Israel to the U.S., make it seem like it's no different than Indianapolis, safe in the knowledge that most Americans will trust you at your word and will never visit this bizarre, nightmarish, cultural wasteland of zealous cults, religious fanatics, and dystopian laws populated by people who view the rest of the world as their genetic inferiors.

Again, the pig is trying to argue its way into becoming a horse. You're either a horse or you're a pig. Of course, it's understandable why the pig doesn't want to be a pig. Pigs get eaten. But no amount of TV ads, billboards, or leaflets will change the fact you're a pig. A pig can never be a horse.
