Macedonia struggles with migrants wanting to enter EU, and it seems like the situation is deteriorating every day.

Greece capacities were overwhelmed last week, Macedonia suffer the same faith this week, most likely next week it will be Serbia's turn. A month or two after that EU's.

The irony to be bigger this is only the beginning...

Not really... this wont end up good.

It looks like invasion now... from 1K-2K past few months, it jumped to 3K-5K per day now(+ unknown number of unaccounted border crossing)

Is someone wondering why rich gulf countries like Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman... are not accepting refuges?

Just spent a week in the UK and this is the no 1 story on the news there. It makes the story look a little different if you call them "refugees", but it's still worrying the numbers involved.

Because it will destabilize their governments.

Ohh, and they aren't people, they are property/slaves.

The numbers involved in the UK are tiny.

True, Germany seems to be getting the brunt. Nevertheless it's a concern across the EU.

No worries. Merkel has proven more than willing to tell crying migrants face-to-face that they have to get out of her country. The walls will hold strong :D

Lebanon and Turkey are Islamic countries and are currently housing nearly 3 million Syrian refugees between them.

Lebanon has over 40% christian population and Turkey is trying to present it self as European country for almost a century ;)

Being Islamic and being European are not mutually exclusive things.

In my most recent game of Civilization, Islam was founded by me. However, my state religion is still Judaism and remains so. I have spread Islam throughout my cities, but it has no place in my state affairs.

I am about to invade the French, with my goal being to decimate their armies and make them submit to being my vassal state. France is Confucian (having founded Confucianism).

Leaving aside the question of whether Confucianism is a philosophy or a religion, it's clear that Judaism is aggressively expansive, Confucianism is very passive and French, and Islam is borderline irrelevant.

I hope this helps.

Pick Xia(mod) civ, invest all culture points into Honour and then go boombastic. New dynasty achieved!
Religions are irrelevant.

Well then we'll have to agree to disagree, I love civ5 and hope the Napoleon kicks your ass.

On another note, civ6 was predicted to come out this year still, but remains unannounced, so hopefully next year.
Fingers crossed.

Don't worry, GoranZ. I still think Macedonian people are probably generally nice and thoughtful people, even if they have you representing them here and indicating otherwise.

Macedonians are nice and thoughtful people, you can visit our country if you like, but only as a tourist and not as blood thirsty invader.
BTW If you want to talk about other subjects you can freely open a thread about it, no need to hijack my thread. Hopefully your idiotic monkey brain can understand that this is a thread about "migrants" from Middle East and their effect on Macedonia/Europe.

Back on subject:

Seems like good part of the "refuges" are ISIS soldiers...
Europe is in serious trouble, Charlie Hebdo attack could be a joke for what await us :(

People join rebel armies for a wide variety of reasons, some good, some bad.

In a civil war a majority of military-age men will have spent some time fighting on one side or the other. I would be more suspicious of someone who stood by and did nothing while their neighbours died, than someone who took up arms.

Of course you'll find some evil among them, but you'll also find a lot of good, if you take an honest look.

Right. Because the person who took up arms got themselves shot and killed, and so is no longer alive to be suspicious of.
