It's a good question, actually. I wish I had a good answer. You probably wish this site was forced to use NYC laws here. But I thought this was supposed to be about nipples here. Male naked torsos are a completely separate problem. Yes there is generally a breast and there are generally nipples but there is a major difference between the average man and the average woman when it comes to nipple development. (Most male nipples don't function as temperature sensors ... just saying) not to mention areola development. It makes a difference between looking as an afterthought and something that looks like the prime purpose. I don't know if one can easy make a clear cut definition that would divide things cleanly and if you could, no one else would agree to it.
