Where is all of your libtard sympathy. The poor woman was obviously just late for her abortion clinic appointments. Go grrrl.

37 kids on average in the US die each year this way?

That's messed up.

That one seems more like a tragic accident, but still...

No US lawyer had the idea to seek justice from cars manufacturers? Because it is not indicated in cars manual that letting his child in hot car, it is not good for child's health...
In anticipation, they can also put nutrition and health claim on cars, saying that car seats are not recommanded for dog's diet, but they're gluten free.

For some reason this reminds me of that old Hot Coffee case that McDonalds had. I was a kid in England at the time, but it was a joke about how Americans sued people at the drop of a hat at the time. Lady spills coffee on herself, so she sues and now Mcdonalds can't serve coffee actually hot.

It was a while before the true story came out- the spilt coffee wasn't just hot- the lady suffered third degree burns, and was disabled. McDonalds, of course, wanted her to seem like a kook who'd gamed the system.

The PR though- I still meet people who bought into the company's line- that she was just greedy.
