President Trump has issued a call for more women of color to be appointed to important diplomatic posts.

... the president reportedly responded by asking a nearby adviser why the "pretty Korean lady" was not negotiating with North Korea's government on behalf of the Trump administration.

Diplomatic posts, at least in the US, tend to be in response for "favors" already received. Trump's wish for more women of color can be seen as a fetish.
