Soap Box Derby

As a child my dad (now 88) was building these out of crates and old lumber in Peoria. This weekend we have our first in San Antonio Texas! Below is an example. Wood, wheels and limited steering. Kids only 7 to 20. Blast from the past!

The best soapbox derbies have to be the ones red bull sponsors.

Not to say yours won't be great. It's just the red bull ones are incredible.
