Time to choose the best country to be "The Western Hemispheres Switzerland". These are important shoes to fill! Switzerland is that crucial country that brokers peace, food shipments and the release of political prisoners. With all the trade wars and barriers we might all loose access to this crital country. Well just pretend. Best to consider degrees of being neutal, impartial and if possible above reproach.

Panama is a crossroads for economic trade. Even the Asian giant China considers Panama in its strategic interests. Clearly America has deep ties with the building of the canal. This gives some political capital so it might be possible for Panama to step up on the world stage.

I nominate St. Lucia.
