‘I never thought he would get married to a Royal. He’s a charming boy and all that but not the most intelligent and I would never have thought this would happen.

Why do all these pictures look like they may have been born Prince Eugene etc.

Also I read the title like Bill and Ted said it. "She had a most triumphant gender reassignment surgery!"
