Many of these are legal and regulatory posts meaning swaths of executive branch policy will still be dictated according to Trumpist philosophy under Biden. When they're not publicly slow-walking and deep-sixing Biden policies, expect a round-robin of anonymous whistleblower complaints to the press about anything that can be remotely positioned as negative.

SUBVERSION - AG Barr has revealed John Durham has been secretly appointed Special Counsel meaning he can continue open-ended investigations and can't be dismissed by Biden.

RESISTANCE - The Trump campaign has raised $200 million since November 3, an unprecedented fundraising haul for any campaign after the election is over. As Biden tries to tuck into doing government he'll have about two hours before he has to return to permanent defense, batting off negative campaign ads running when there's not even a campaign, whisper campaigns, conspiracy theories, and everything that money can buy focused on doing nothing than dragging down his public approval ratings from their already almost record-setting low levels.
