You can't just say it's all my opinion.
An opinion is about whether black forest cake is a better dessert than tarte au citron.
Trump being a serial con-man and thief is exhaustively documented fact.
With the casino, the fact that he took investors' money, walked away with it, and let everyone else go bankrupt, is all documented in the bankruptcy proceeding. It's not something someone made up (although I will admit that the actual number is somewhat in dispute, and maybe you could call that a matter of opinion.)
With the "university", the fact that he never had any intention of teaching anyone anything, he was just taking their money, and every "class" was just a long infomercial upselling them to the next non-class, has been documented with thousands of affidavits and depositions. Unless you think all these thousands of victims conspired to come up with the same phoney story, you have to accept it as fact, not opinion.
With his real estate stuff, the fact that he almost always paid less than the agreed upon amount to his contractors, and gambled (and usually won) on the bet that they couldn't afford better lawyers than his, has again been described by hundreds of contractors that got screwed. Again, unless you think they're all involved in some massive conspiracy....
The Yucatan resort, not as famous but same as the casino. Collected his share up front, walked away and let the project go bankrupt. Every single investor lost money.
You see it playing out right now, in real time. He's collected 3 billion in this SPAC, which is going to take over his money-losing website. He's going to pocket an inflated valuation for the website and walk away, and everyone who bought is going to lose, at a charitable valuation, at least 80% of their money. You say you used to be an investment banker, so I'm sure this isn't news to you. It's literally happening right now, over the next few weeks, and you can watch him screw his followers in real time.
It isn't just "opinion", unless you think evolution is just an opinion, or the earth going around the sun is just an opinion.
About the only possible way you could put a positive spin on this is if he's a real-life Francisco d'Anconia, on a covert moral mission to screw investors out of their money. But Okham's Razor doesn't slice that.
