--------- TRUMP wants to have a bill passed(when he is elected)... Anyone who burns The Stars and Stripes, be arrested and serve 1 year in jail...
--------- That is never going to happen.... Burning The USA FLAG is FREE SPEECH...
--------- But don't Cities etc....Have rules, laws... Concerning... Setting fires...etc...A person could be given a big fine...Or Arrested for starting a fire...Charged with Arson...
--------- During the Vietnam War, I always wondered, why not burn The North Vietnamese Flag...
--------- People who burn The Stars and Stripes in say Iran, hate America...Makes sense...But take someone who burns The Stars and Stripes in say Central Park,NYC...They are surrounded by 1,000 nut jobs...Things get crazy...But a person could be fined or arrested for Arson...
---------- When is one of these nut jobs(on land is easy)....When will someone pull out a USA FLAG on a flight from NYC to LA, set it on fire...50,000ft in the air...In a pressurized cabin...I don't know if a pressurized cabin would explode... People used to smoke on planes...NOW THAT WOULD BE A PROTEST...But probably would be arrested as a Terrorist... If the plane doesn't explode...But wouldn't feel brave enough to do it, not surrounded by a 1,000 fellow nut jobs...... O:)

------ Technically... It's the flag pole killing the person....But I guess you could, use the flag, wrap it up , like when you snap a towel...Then strangle a person with the flag...... O:)
