The System Does Indeed Work, Despite The Administration's Claims To The Contrary

Jose Padilla was convicted in a traditional court of supporting terrorists.

See? We don't need all of this military tribunal crap, this is proof that the current and real system of justice in this country is perfectly capable of convicting a person of being a terrorist/terrorist supporter.
