such a good link. Sad thing is they did that link when i jsut learned all that on my own. lol trial and error is also a great way of trying things.

marcus this is how I help people _ join a classic seq 5 or 6 player esc 1 or unlimited fort when it is your turn pm me with what you think you should do i will either agree with or ask you some leading questions. I will not take your turn and it requres some effort on your part

I think it means "constitutional democracy" or "democratic constitution," which roughly means "the people's health," so he's referring to finding out the best health care plan and stuff.
