Why would another nation think the U.S is higher than there's. Unless they live in a country run by a corrupt government and poverty is the majority of the population (E.g, Chad).

But I'm sure most of us come from a 'developed' nation and so, no, I do not think the U.S. is higher than other 'developed' nations, because I see no reason why it should be put in the 'higher' category than other nations.
