I try and stay clear of "setting dates" scripture warns against it. Nastradamus, were he has been accurate at times is inaccurate at other times. Scripture states that a true prophet of God will be 100% accurate 100% of the time.

Well first of all, by looking at your signature below all of your posts, i'm assuming that you believe that revelations 18:21 refers to a nuclear bomb, correct me if thats not what you think...

I had never really thought about it, then I read a post at another site which said, the USA = Babalon the Great. Yeah, nukes. lol

well i havn't really given it too much thought until your post, then i read revalations 18 and the babylon described in this chapter (as i see it) could be the middle east or china....it says in verse 3 that every king on the earth have committed fornication with her and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicasies and in verse 8 it says she shall be burned with fire and in v. 11 it says the merchants will weep and mourn, for no man buyeth their merchandise anymore.... due to the fact it speaks of the importance of the goods babylon produces, it could be the mid east (due to the fact they produce oil, which can cause the great fire as described in v 8 ) or it could be china because in v. 12-13 it speaks of all the goods that can no longer be sold (meaning the thousands of products that are produced in china) however i do see how it could be america because we are the greatest power in the world as babylon was during the second slavery of the israelites....but reading v21 i think it is the comet of 2012, of course i could see them being nukes as well..... revelations can be a very confusing and misleading book, so it is hard to make a sure prophecy

Well so far all attempts to put a specific date for the apocalypse have failed so I'm going to say that the comet will not come in 2012.
