Well, this year they seem doomed, and a bowl game seems improbable unless they can win 5 more games. But I just thought I would give everyone a little insight on next year:

2008 5 star recruit commitments:
Dayne Crist (QB): A QB who seems to actually be good, instead of all hype like Clausen. He's already been promised a starting role :shock:

Kyle Rudolph (TE): The next great TE?

2008 4 star recruit commitments:
Lane Clelland (OL)

Joseph Fauria (OL)

Steven Filer (LB)

Anthony McDonald (LB)

does joe fauria have a brother that plays in the nfl? The last name sounds sffamilar.

every team recruits good players. dont look for notre dame to make a climb for number 1 anytime soon.
