In my opinion it's the fifth. Did you know that on january 27th, 1995, Russia and the US declared war, the US fired Nuclear ICBMs that landed in uninhabited parts of Siberia, and less than 4 minutes later peace was declared between the 2 nations. This action also silenced various guerrillas, revolutionaries, and extremists present at the time.
