Here's my view on eggnog and health...

well, theres the realy obvious raw egg problem... that'll make you sick.

Then theres spiked eggnog. Won't the alchahol weaken your immune system and make you more likly to get sick?

i avoid this problem entirely by simply drinking beer of if i must wine at holiday festivities.

A really rich holiday drink. It's consistency is a bit like heavy cream and it is very sweet. Lots of people like to add alcoholic beverages to it.

Eggnog is basically egg, milk and some flavouring. Most people put some brandy in it.

Don't knock something until you've tried it at least once. I used to think it was nasty too, until I actually tried it. Now me and my kid sister fight over the carten. Perhaps it is good that it is only seasonal.

Wait, Eggnog bad for me? So is second-hand smoke and some of my best friends are smokers.
